50-year-old Basingstoke man arrested on suspicion of two burglaries in Newbury

A Basingstoke man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary.
Thames Valley Police said the accusation is in connection with two such raids at homes close to Newbury Racecourse.
The incidents happened in the early hours of Thursday, September 26.
Officers said that following an investigation, the Newbury Priority Crime Team made the arrest, and the 50-year-old has been released on bail.
