A new internal buffer wall would be erected to separate the back of house from the retail floor at the rear of Unit 13.

The existing bin store doors and fire doors would also be blocked up at the rear of Unit 14.

West Berkshire Council is due to decide on the proposal by Wednesday, November 13.
